After her tertiary education in social sciences, humanities and romance languages through the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS) and UNISA in South Africa, Nicolette began her working career in the linguistic field while living in Spain and Portugal, and subsequently built-up experience through various projects and developments inside the wellness industry upon her return. Here, her skills formation has focused on therapeutic modalities aimed at ensuring general wellbeing and mitigation of individual stress at grassroots level with a personal aim of supporting communities.

At Biodiversity & Environment Africa (BEA), Nicolette is responsible for sales & client management, including administration and content contribution to our Biodiversity & Environment Africa e-Magazine in PDF format, which covers a wide range of topics: biodiversity, climate change, community upliftment, conservation, economics, ecotourism, ecotherapy, environmental management, invasive species, legislation, marine resources, pest control, recycling, resource management, sustainability, technology, and water security.

By extension, her role finds her engaging both creatively and proactively with role players and sponsors from these various sectors, eagerly assisting with your key promotional objectives. Geographically, the regions of south eastern Africa, the offshore Atlantic islands of the Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands, Cape Verde Islands, and the Iberian Peninsula (Portugal and Spain), make up our main scope of practice.

In collaboration with our green-solution-oriented business partners and clients, we aim to promote and service biodiversity and sustainability for decades to come.
